It is time to update our computer programs with all of your important information. This will make it easier to access member information for our new Pastor and new Director of Family Ministries as well as office staff and committees. This is the perfect time for us to do this, since we are locked up in our homes and offices with minimal church programming.

There is a Family Information Form. Only one per family needs to be completed. Families of one need to complete this and the Personal Information Form.

There is a Personal Information Form. Each member of the family needs to complete one of these.  This form is two pages.

Please print these forms, manually fill them out, and return them to the church by mail or drop them off in person.  Thank you for your quick response.  It is especially important at this time for the church office to have current contact information.
